Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
