PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SSD read/write speeds continue to make them a popular choice. Drives range in size from narrow NVME drives to Samsung’s popular T5/7 Drives. The Kondor Blue Universal SSD Clamp can fit a wide range of SSD’s without compromising security or aesthetic. The spring tensioned clasp can hold drives from 38mm (1.5”) to 58mm (2.3”) wide. A single tool-less tightening bolt can then be adjusted to lock the drive in place.

Mounting SSDs to smaller camera bodies is often quite difficult as it ends up covering a large amount of real estate. That is why we’ve included a variety of ways to mount the Universal SSD Clamp. Included in the kit is a removable cold shoe mount. We’ve also included an Arri male and female mount which make the unit fully compatible with our Magic Arm and Mini Quick Release lineups. Additionally if you own our Mini QR plates or Anti Twist NATO Clamps you can achieve increased efficiency and rigidity. 

Keeping the data transfer via the USB C cable is also critical. A simple cable clamp (clamp opening is 13.5mm x 7mm) system is included that can be adjusted to the exact position of your drive’s cable port.
