PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Coiled D-Tap to Canon LP-E6 NH Dummy Battery Cable allows you to power any monitor or camera from a D-Tap power source. It regulates the 8-17V input voltage range of D-Tap sources to deliver a 7.4V output to your device via the dummy battery.

* This cable also features our new Smart D-Tap technology. If everything is plugged in and functioning properly the built-in indicator light will be blue or green. If it isn’t, and something is wrong, the light will turn red, indicating an issue. When this happens, power is cut off immediately preventing any damage from occurring to sensitive electronics.

• Some newer Canon cameras such as the EOS R5 C and EOS R5 Mark II may require higher-current power sources when operating in demanding modes (e.g., 8K RAW or high-frame-rate recording). While this dummy battery will power the camera, maximum performance settings may require higher-capacity external power solutions.
